If you’re in construction working on complex, multi-material builds, you likely face rising costs, labor shortages, and growing demands for faster, more digital workflows. That’s why we’ve made it easier to estimate and order trimboard materials with Beams & Columns measurements, now available in Material List for qualifying blueprint jobs.
In combination with Bulk Apply, this gives you a faster, more complete way to scope structural trim - directly in Hover.
First, upload a blueprint
Upload a blueprint from the web-app
Select Full exterior or Complete as your deliverable type
Wait for the notification from Hover that the measurements are ready

Then, create a material list
From the property detail page, click or tap Material List
Select as many templates as you need for your project scope
From the left hand menu, scroll down until you see Beams and columns
Tap the + button
Click Hover Library
Select Beams & Column - Auto Buckets
Click Apply
Once the material list has been created, you will see the beam and column material details from the scope summary section, as well as within the line item section.
