Proposal page
Transform admins can view and manage proposal settings from the Manage Workflows > Proposal page.
From here you can:
Configure exact specifications your sales reps see when generating an estimate
Input pre-defined notes your sales reps can use to easily add dynamic information per estimate
Manage number of signees per proposal
Edit the sort order of your proposal pages
Add new proposal pages and copy/paste text into the content section
Preview your proposal without creating a new estimate
Also, if you want to prevent your sales reps from creating a proposal altogether, you can deselect the checkbox beside Active for organization. Deselecting the checkbox will hide the Get Proposal option in Estimation.
Scope of work section:
Under the Sections header of the proposal page, you can edit existing sections, move/arrange the order of the sections and pages, or create new sections for the proposal. If you are a new Transform org, you will only see the Scope of Work page here, which is the line item breakdown proposal page we generate dynamically, per job.
From the Scope of Work page, you can do two things:
Edit the settings of the proposal page itself (ie, change the name, define if the branding/header name shows up, etc).
Define what the Get Proposal modal should look like for your sales reps:
Either by defining the default values of the toggle or
by defining which toggles to show/hide
There is also a Disclaimer note field included on the Scope of Work section. You can use this field to add additional text which will display near the customer signature.
Adding a new section:
Click + Add Section
Title the section
Use the dropdown menu to select which trade the section "applies to"
For example, if you select Roof, the section will only appear in proposals that include that trade-type.
Select (or deselect) Show Branding on Header - depending on whether or not you want your company logo to populate in the top right corner of the proposal page
Select (or deselect) Show Section Title - depending on whether or not you want the section title to display at the top of the page
Once you’ve completed your proposal updates, click Save to finalize your edits. If you’d like to preview your new proposal, click on Preview in the upper right-hand corner of your screen to view your proposal from your customers point of view.
