Customers can capture photos of a building and, before submitting, back out of the app to save that job as a "draft". If you need help submitting a job that says "Draft" as the status in your My Properties page, here are the steps you should take to complete the submission process:

Tap the job to re-open it -

The Property Info page will re-open with the property address already filled in. Click "Start Capture" at the bottom of the screen.

Next, you will either see a blue "Continue" button or a blue arrow as depicted in the screenshots, below. Click the continue and/or blue arrow button until you are brought to the "Capture Summary" page where you can review your address information and deliverable-type.

Click "Finish" -

If all looks correct on the "Capture Summary" page, click "Finish" (as depicted in a screenshot below). If you are using the app version 4.36.0 or higher, you will immediately see a tracker screen that shows where the job is at in the process.
