You have the flexibility to edit, add, replace or remove any line item(s) from your material list, based on your project scope.
Editing line items
To keep things simple, you can edit the names, colors, quantities, and unit cost for each line item directly on the material list page.
Selecting a color/variation
Available options appear on a drop-down menu for each line item. Use this drop-down to select a difference color from the available options, or manually add a color by selecting Custom variant:
Note: When a custom variation is entered, the details will be reflected on the downloaded PDF.
Remove a line item from a material or labor
Un-check a line item to prevent it from appearing on the downloaded PDF and order.
Add a new line item
Click "+ Add material" to add a new item. Fill in the relevant fields on the pop-up and then click Add Material
Note: Labor and Other line items can also be added by using the "+ Add labor" and "+ Add other" buttons at the top of each list.
Add notes to line items
Use the in-line Note field to include any install instructions, substitution requests, or other details on a per-line-item basis.
Not only can you edit or remove a line item note at anytime, but when you're ready to send the Material List to a customer or supplier, you also have the ability to include or hide the line item notes on the PDF and CSV outputs.
Download a individual or full lists
You can download the material and labor lists individually by clicking Download in the top right corner above each section. For example, the image below shows what it would look like to only download the labor list:

Click Download material list at the very bottom of the project scope
