With the HOVER app, you can use your smartphone to turn photos of your home into a customizable 3D model. With the Design Pro tool, you'll be able to visualize new products and colors for the exterior of your home.
Getting started is easy
Step 1 - Download the HOVER app
Open the App Store or Google Play store on your mobile device and search for "HOVER 3D"
Once you’ve created your account, click the “+” icon located at the bottom of your screen. Name your property and confirm the address to start the capture process. Take a look at this video to learn more about successfully taking photos of your home.
Try to capture as much of the property in each shot as possible.
Include each face of the property from top to bottom and from left to right.
Corner shots are key. A good corner shot includes two full faces of the property and both ends of the property.
Try to avoid obstructions such as trees, swimming pools, or cars as much as possible in each photo.
Step 2 - Receive the 3D model of your home
Once your job is submitted, our system will start processing it. The status of your job will move from uploading --> uploaded --> to processing if it was uploaded properly. We will contact you if there are any issues and send you an email and push notification when the interactive 3D model is ready.
Step 3 - Discover what new products or colors would look like on your house
Once your 3D model is ready, click the link in your email to view the model. Note that its best to view the model using Google Chrome on your phone or on your computer. Using this model, you’ll be able to build your home exactly how you want and make informed decisions about the look of your home.
