If a section of the home is not discernible from photos, it is typically labeled as unknown (or UN) in the PDF. Despite being unable to determine material, trims or openings for those sections, HOVER still provides square footage measurements. You'll see the Unknown material measurements, if applicable, at the top of the initial summary page:
