Your first (3) of each project type are free, and you will have access to Hover's Material List, and receive your first (5) Instant Designs at no cost
When you’ve used all your free items, continue creating projects on the Pay‑As‑You‑Go (PAYG) plan, or upgrade to a subscription plan.
Whichever option you choose at that point, you will need to add a card to your account.

A specific structure at a property address in which you upload either property images or blueprints through the Hover app to receive associated spatial property data like the 3D model, measurement PDF, photo documentation, etc.

No. There’s no time limit. It lasts until you’ve used all the free projects and premium‑feature uses available to you.

After you use up your (3) free interior, (3) free exterior, and (3) free blueprint projects, any additional jobs are billed at your current rate (PAYG by default) or included under your subscription plan if you choose to upgrade.

While you cannot fully choose which projects are free - because the first (3) interior, (3) exterior, and (3) blueprint projects are automatically free at signup - you can choose the deliverable type for each of the free projects.
For example:
Request Roof-only if all you need is spatial property data of a property's roof.
Request Full exterior if you need spatial property data for the roof, plus all exterior walls, siding, openings, etc.
For interior projects, scan multiple floors per project, if needed.
You can set a default deliverable for you and your team from the Workflow Preferences page.

If you capture multiple structures at a specific property address, each separate structure will count as a free project.
For example:
If you submit property photos through the Hover app of (3) separate structures at a single property address (e.g. the main house, a barn, and a shed), this would count toward all (3) free exterior projects.
If you upload a blueprint through the Hover app for (3) separate structures at a single property address (the main house, a barn, and a shed) and request that Hover build all structures on the blueprint, each structure would count toward all (3) free blueprint projects.
If I delete a finished project, does it "give back" a free slot?

No. Completed projects still count toward your free allotment totals.

If you wish to create more projects after using all your free project allotments, you will need to add a card to your account. Once a card has been added, each additional project you create through Hover will be billed at the current PAYG rate, or included under your subscription plan if you choose to upgrade.
