How to set your team's order-default as Roof-only or Complete

If you are a Hover account admin, you can set a default deliverable type for your team. Projects submitted under the default deliverable can always be upgraded later, if or when additional measurements are needed.

Navigate to the Workflow preferences page:

  • Log into your Hover account

  • Click your initials in the top right corner

  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu

Deliverable type glossary:

  • Choose Per-Property: Your team can decide for each property they submit whether they need a Capture only, Roof only or Complete order.

  • Roof: Your team will automatically receive a Roof-Only measurement PDF and 3D model for each property they submit. 

  • Complete: Your team will automatically receive a Complete measurement PDF and 3D model for each property they submit.

  • Total living area: (Insurance-specific) Your team will automatically receive a PDF of the property which includes an internal diagram of the property square footage, advanced exports (XML and ESX files not included)

  • Total living area plus: (Insurance-specific) Your team will automatically receive a PDF of the property which includes an internal diagram of the property square footage, as well as the exterior square footage broken up by material type, a Complete measurement PDF, and advanced exports (ESX files not included)

  • Capture only: Your team can submit property photos through the Hover app, but order the measurements later - No cost until the project is submitted!
