This deliverable is not yet available for the LiDAR Scan experience. In the meantime, if you have a LiDAR device and want to receive a virtual walkthrough:
Disable the LiDAR experience in your settings
Follow the universal scan workflow in this article

Accessing the Virtual Walkthrough
Once you've received the data for an interior project, there are two ways to access the virtual floor plan:
Tap "Virtual Walkthrough" from the project page
Tap "Virtual Walkthrough" from the project page
Open the project in your Hover account
Tap Virtual Walkthrough
Click the link in the Measurement PDF
Click the link in the Measurement PDF
Open the Measurement PDF from the email notification or from the project page
Click the link on the first page
Double click the annotation in the Xactimate sketch
Double click the annotation in the Xactimate sketch
A text box will open
Copy and paste the URL into a browser

By selecting a photo from the gallery, the camera will jump to the location within the model where the photo was taken.

Once the photo opens, you can zoom in and pan around to get a better look at the details.
Note: clicking a red spot to see a damage photo will immediately open the image without the added animation, though you can still zoom in to inspect the damaged area.

You can also zoom in or out while in roaming mode by using the mouse wheel or two fingers on the touch pad.
