What does the integration do?
Automatically imports HOVER projects, including the measurement PDF report and all project images, into Core Logic's claims estimating platform
Converts measurements into a 3D model, allowing adjusters to produce an estimate in a few clicks
Allows users to manually import HOVER jobs in cases where a claim number is entered incorrectly or not at all.
Works with both Claims Connect and the Mobile Claims platform
Connect your accounts
Note: The integration needs to be enabled only once by your org admin for ClaimsConnect.
To connect the integration in Claims Connect, or if you need to reconnect, follow the steps below:
Login to Claims Connect
Click your name in the top right corner and select DHA Connections from the drop down menu
Select HOVER from the DHA Connections page - a left side pop-up will appear
Toggle to enable the HOVER connection
Enter your HOVER credentials and click Validate
