On September 12th, 2023 Verisk launched an improved integration design for the desktop experience, making it even easier to get the property data and photos that you need. This article will reference the updated desktop workflow.
In this article, we cover how to seamlessly pass property data, sketches, and damages photos from HOVER into Xactimate.
Please note that the information outlined below shows the minimum amount of information required for the integration to function. You may need to enter more information for your specific process than what is covered here.

You'll be automatically redirected to the Xactimate Data Request website to complete the service request and may need to sign in with your Verisk account credentials.
Choose the desired service from the provider drop-down list:
Use Roof for HOVER roof-only measurements
Use Roof & Walls for HOVER complete roof and exterior measurements
Use Interior Walls for HOVER interior floor plans/measurements
On the next page, you’ll have the ability to confirm the information
Validate the data for the request is correct
Pay close attention to the claim or lead number since that needs to match between HOVER and Xactimate
Click Submit
You will immediately see a notification at the center of your screen that says: "Request Submitted" and the order details will auto populate under the Order History heading on the bottom of the same page.

Pay close attention to the claim or lead number since that needs to match between HOVER and Xactimate
Click Submit
You will immediately see a notification at the bottom of your screen that says: "Your request was processed successfully"
Requesting data in Xactimate will either create a new “draft job” in the HOVER app or match your request with a finished HOVER job via lead or claim number.
If you have already captured the property with HOVER and received a notification that the measurements are ready, follow these instructions to import the data.
If you have not yet captured the property with HOVER, the project will automatically appear as a HOVER “Draft” job and the claim details will auto-populate from Xactimate. When at the loss location, capture the HOVER photos as normal.
