Creating estimates and generating material and labor lists is fast and dependable with Hover's precise and comprehensive measurements.
This article shows how to input the project scope and generate an estimate.
Click the expand arrow(s) to reveal or hide additional information.
First, navigate to the property details page
From the Projects list, open the appropriate property
Navigate to the Estimate tab and click + Create estimate
Next, define your project scope
Select your project scope by toggling your selections, then click Continue
Use the interactive pop-up to make facet selections or updates to line segments
Check or uncheck boxes, or click directly on the model to add or remove facets
Select your waste factor preferences for roof and siding, then click Next
Complete the rest of the project questionnaire

The remaining questions are determined by the trades you picked up to this point, and will ensure questions the final estimate accurately reflects all the labor and materials needed for that particular installation package.
If you need to add custom item(s) to your project scope, you will have the opportunity on the last page of the questionnaire:
Generate the estimate
Click Generate
Select the estimate(s) and click Done
