What is included in a Hover project depends on one key factor: whether the structure has a roof.
In general, Hover captures and measures roofed structures as part of the home. Structures without a roof are typically not included in the 3D model or measurement pdf.
Included: Roofed structures such as porches
Balconies: Included at a basic level without detailed features like railings
Not included: Non-roofed structures such as decks and patios
Porches
Porches usually have a roof, so they are included in Hover projects.
For Full Exterior jobs (roof and walls), porches will appear in the 3D model
Porch measurements will be included in the PDF report
Balconies
Existing balconies that are part of the home are included, but with limited detail.
Balconies will appear in the model
Fine details, such as railings, are not captured
Decks and Patios
Decks and patios typically do not have a roof, so they are not included in the 3D model or measurement PDF.
