Ready to manage your estimates with Scopeworx? Create your Scopeworx account, and follow the steps in this article to set up the Hover integration.
Note: Only users with Hover admin permissions can set up the integration for an organization. Also, your Hover account must have access to Marketplace Integrations.
Setting up the integration
From your Scopeworx account:
Click your profile icon in the top right corner
Select Integrations - You will immediately see the option to connect the Hover integration.
Click Connect
If you aren't already signed into your Hover account, you will first be prompted to enter your Hover account credentials
Once redirected to your Hover account, click Authorize
You will be redirected to your Scopeworx page
You will know the integration was successfully connected because your Hover organization ID# and a green thumb icon will appear:
Creating a Scopeworx estimate
The estimate requires two components to be captured in the Hover mobile app:
A roof-only or complete 3D capture of a property
An inspection; filling out a few questions about the property before submitting to Hover
Let's get started.
Click the + at the bottom of Hover's home screen to start a new project
Select Exterior Measurements
Enter your property details including the address and deliverable type
Take at least the minimum required 8 photos
Submit the Hover property and start the inspection
Complete all required tasks, then tap Finish
Do you need to start an inspection for a Hover property you already submitted?
Open the property details page
Tap Inspections, then Start inspection
Once the inspection has been submitted, Hover will generate the measurements for the property. The turnaround time will vary, depending on the size of the property.
Receive the Scopeworx estimate
As soon as Hover completes the measurements, you will receive an email from Scopeworx containing information about the estimate. In addition, the full estimate details will be attached to the email along with the Hover-generated measurements!
