You can easily upgrade a Roof-Only job to a Complete any time, and all from within your HOVER property details page.
What's the difference?
The Roof-Only deliverable includes measurements and a 3D design for just the roof of a property
The Complete deliverable includes a full 3D design of the property along with all exterior measurements for the roof, siding and all openings
NOTE: Once an order has been upgraded to a Complete deliverable, it cannot be downgraded / reverted back to a Roof-Only deliverable.

How to upgrade a job

Log-in to your HOVER account and tap to open the property from your list of jobs
From the property details page:
Click Upgrade below the Job summary
Tap the Complete 3D option and then click Confirm
The job status will show as "Processing"

Click Upgrade within the Measurements Upgrade banner
Use the drop down menu to select the Complete deliverable option
Click Confirm Order
The job status will show as "Processing"

Will I be charged?
Yes, but only for the difference in price between a Roof-Only and a Complete measurement report.
When will it be ready?
Generally, you can expect an email notification within the same business day, once the complete measurements are ready. If the property is more complex, the wait time will be affected.
