As an admin, you can utilize the hover.to web portal to view and edit the out-of-the-box HOVER templates or create customized templates to gather the data most meaningful to your organization.
Getting started
To view the list of templates, sign in to your account on the hover.to portal and then:
Click on your user email address in the upper right corner
Choose Manage Workflows from the pull down menu
Choose Checklist Templates from the left side menu
The screen will populate the pre-loaded list of templates
You can activate or deactivate any of the templates by clicking the toggle button
You can also edit, duplicate or delete a template by clicking one of the 3 icons beside it:
Creating a new template
To create a new template:
Click the blue Create template button at the top of that same page
Name the template
Click Add
From there, you can:
Create or edit section headings
Enter questions and choose how they should be answered
Require certain questions to allow photo uploads
NOTE: if you delete a section heading, all the questions within that section will also be deleted.
