For “Complete” jobs, HOVER provides the 3D model and measurements for porches but not decks. The primary distinction for what features of a home are or are not included within a HOVER job is whether they have a roof. Porches have roofs while decks do not. HOVER also includes balconies that are part of the home, but not to a high level of detail, e.g. there won’t be railings.
