How to use the Analytics page

Get a clear view of how your team uses the Hover platform

If you are a Hover Admin, or a Job Manager for your organization, you can access your team's Analytics page for a high-level overview of how the account is being used. See things like top active users, job completion metrics, account manager information, and much more.

Don't see it in your account? Reach out to your Hover account manager or the customer support team to have it enabled for your organization.

Access the Analytics page


Note: The Analytics page is currently only accessible from the Hover web app for Admin, and Job Manager-level users. It is not accessible on the mobile app.

  • Log into your Hover account on the web app.

  • Click Analytics from the top of your Hover account

You will land on a summary view that provides quick insights into your team's account and usage during a particular date range.

Need to adjust the selected date range?

Using the filter in the upper right corner, select the month you want to explore.

If you have an account manager, you will see their name and photo in the upper right corner of the page. If you don't have an account manager, the customer support email will be hyperlinked in that same corner.

Metrics at-a-glance:

Most active users:

The top 3 active users within your org will be listed in this box.

Along with their names and ranking, you will see the number of scans each user has completed.

Jobs completed:

The project count will be displayed, by measurement type.

You will see how many interior, roof-only, or full exterior projects have been requested and fulfilled, during the specific time period.

Click See details to be taken to a list of those particular projects on the property list page

Other metrics:

From the Other metrics box, you will see how many blueprint, or capture only projects your team has completed within the selected date range.

User breakdown:

At the bottom of the page, you will see who has used Hover within the selected date range, as well as:

  • Their individual project count

  • Links to the Projects page to see their specific projects from the selected date range

The table is interactive and can be sorted with the headers.

Org breakdown (if applicable):

If your organization includes sub-orgs, you will see a color-coded chart at the top of the page. This shows project volume by sub-orgs for the selected time period.

  • Hover over each color block to see the corresponding sub-org

  • Use the sub-org filter to drill down and view metrics for a specific group

At the top org level, you’ll always see combined data across all sub-orgs.
