RoofMarketplace has built a direct integration with Hover that lets you automatically import Hover measurements and 3D property data directly into RoofMarketpalce. Once connected, this integration generates a detailed project scope instantly, allowing contractors to deliver accurate roofing bids — giving homeowners, insurance carriers, and real estate agents a verified foundation for every project.
Before you begin
Before submitting a claim in RoofMarketplace, confirm the following:
The Hover scan for the property is complete and fully processed
The Hover project measurement type is either Complete or Roof Only
You have the claim number ready — it's required to submit
Working in RoofMarketplace
Viewing your claims
The Claims page is your home base in RoofMarketplace. All active claims are listed here, with columns for claim number, RoofMarketplace ID, homeowner, address, assignee, and date created.
Reviewing a case
Select a claim to open the Case Detail page. This is where you'll find policy information, carrier details, insured contact information, and a property map. Any bid requests associated with the case are listed in the left navigation under Requests.
Accessing Hover data and bids
From the Case Detail page, select Remote Bids in the left navigation to view bid requests for the case. Select Aerial to access all Hover-sourced assets for the property, including photos, wireframe images, the measurement PDF, and the XML file.
Why this matters
With Hover measurements flowing directly into RoofMarketplace, you get an accurate, verified project scope without sending anyone back to the property. Contractors bid from the same data your claim is built on — reducing back-and-forth and keeping the file moving.
