If your exterior scan seems to stall during in the initial uploading process, you can retry the upload in one of the following ways:
Option 1: From the Uploading screen
Tap Retry upload from the bottom of the Upload screen
Option 2: From the Upload Manager setting
Anyone using app version 5.0 or higher can retry an upload from the Upload manager. To access it:
Tap the upload icon which appears whenever one or more scans are actively uploading
View details for each scan in-queue; tap the corresponding icon to 'retry' one or more of the uploads.
Or, access Upload manager anytime via Profile > Account settings > Upload manager
After retrying the upload from either of those options, keep the Hover app open until the project status says "Evaluating". Once it's in the evaluation phase, you'll know your exterior imagery has been uploaded successfully.
Pro Tip: Close any other apps open in the background, and also make sure your device has a strong connection before re-uploading an exterior scan.
