How to access the self-serve checkout experience

If you’re a Hover admin and prefer to purchase and manage your Hover plans without contacting a sales team member, the self-serve checkout page allows you to do so!

If you’re looking for custom pricing or advanced membership features, you’ll need to contact our sales team. At the bottom of the self-serve checkout page, click

Contact Us.

Navigate to your Settings page


  • Log into your account on a desktop browser

  • Click your initials in the top right corner and select Settings from the menu

  • Click Billing from the left hand menu to ensure you have a card on file

    • If a card is not on file, click Edit below Payment method

    • Enter the card information and click Save

Choose or update your plan


  • Click Plan from the left side menu - you'll see the details of your current plan at the top of the page

  • Choose a new plan

  • Review and acknowledge the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox

  • Click Upgrade Plan

Note: If you try to select a plan without a credit card on file, you’ll receive an error message with a link to the Billing page
