Getting started
Log into your HOVER account from a desktop
Click on your email address in the top right corner and select Settings from the drop down menu
Ensure you already have a credit card on file by clicking Billing from the left side menu
Click Plan from the left side menu
You’ll see the details of your current plan at the top of the page
Scroll down to the heading Choose a new plan
Select your new plan - it will light up in blue
Review and acknowledge the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox
Click Upgrade Plan
Note: If you try to select a plan without a credit card on file, you’ll receive an error message with a link to the Billing page
