How to access the self-serve checkout experience

If you’re a HOVER admin and prefer to purchase and manage your HOVER plans without contacting a sales team member, the self-serve checkout page allows you to do so!

Getting started

  • Log into your HOVER account from a desktop

  • Click on your email address in the top right corner and select Settings from the drop down menu

  • Ensure you already have a credit card on file by clicking Billing from the left side menu

    • If applicable, enter your missing credit card information and click Next

    • Enter your billing address and click Save

  • Click Plan from the left side menu

  • You’ll see the details of your current plan at the top of the page

  • Scroll down to the heading Choose a new plan

  • Select your new plan - it will light up in blue

  • Review and acknowledge the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox

  • Click Upgrade Plan

Note: If you try to select a plan without a credit card on file, you’ll receive an error message with a link to the Billing page
