If you're new to HOVER or if your distributor integration needs to be reconnected, please follow the steps below.

1. Log into your HOVER account and in the top right-hand corner of your screen, click on the drop-down menu next to your email address and then click on "Settings".

2. From here, click on "Integrations" and scroll to the bottom of the page (link here).

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on the “Connect” button next to your preferred distributor.

4. Follow the prompts to enter your distributor log-in information and then click "Sign In".

5. Once you have signed in, you will be taken back to HOVER and the integration should show that the integration is now connected.

Keep in mind, you may need to reconnect your distributor account for a couple of different reasons.

  1. If there was a product outage, you may need to reconnect.

  2. If you (or someone else) changed your distributor's account password.

  3. If you have not ordered from your distributor in the past 30 days for the given HOVER market, you'll need to reconnect
