JobNimbus is a simple CRM and project management tool for contractors.
How the Hover <> JobNimbus Integration Works
There are currently two components to the Hover <> JobNimbus integration:
Project Sync - allows you to create Hover projects from JobNimbus and enables teams to initiate a Hover measurement request from within a JobNimbus project.
Important: Project Sync by itself does not send Hover data back into JobNimbus.
Report Sync - allows JobNimbus to pull Hover project data back into JobNimbus once the Hover data is completed. This enables teams to access Hover project information within the JobNimbus project record.
Important: Report Sync does not include data from jobs that were originally created in JobNimbus.
To get the full Hover <> JobNimbus experience, you will need both Project Sync and Report Sync enabled.
Multi-Structure capabilities
Hover supports multi-structure properties, meaning multiple structures at the same address (such as a main house, garage, or shed) are included within a single Hover project (Job ID).
This is a change from the previous experience, where each structure was created as a separate project.
What this means for the JobNimbus integration:
Users can create jobs in JobNimbus and sync them to Hover
Once created, users can order measurements through Hover - including multi-structure properties
When the order is complete, users can:
View all structures within the same Hover project
Download measurements for each individual structure
Apply those measurements to estimates or material orders for calculations
Selecting structures
When working with a multi-structure property, users can choose which structure’s measurements to use.
Searching for Hover measurements
Multi-structure properties are now grouped under a single address when searching for a Hover report.
Note: Job Nimbus does not currently have the capability to order Hover project data from the mobile apps, but does have the ability to search and link existing Hover data to job/contacts in the mobile app.
