Cloudflow's Hover integration lets you pull Hover property measurements directly into a customer's job profile — no manual re-entry, no switching between apps. Once connected, you can send a Hover capture request straight from a customer's Cloudflow profile, and the finished report flows back into that same profile automatically.

Order Hover measurements from a customer profile
Open the customer's profile in Cloudflow.
Go to the Services tab on the customer's profile and scroll to the Measurements feature.
Select the Hover icon to start the order.
Choose which technician will complete the on-site scan of the property.
Choose the scope you need. (e.g. Roof Only, TLA Plus, Interior, etc.)
Optionally, select others in your organization to notify as the report progresses.
Place the order.
Note: Assigning a Hover order to an inspection ensures the report lands in the correct customer profile automatically — you do not need to file it manually afterward.
What the field technician sees
Once the order is placed, the assigned field service technician is notified via. email and text. The message includes a link to the Hover mobile app where they can document photos and order measurements.
Reviewing imported files
When the technician finishes the documentation of the property through the Hover app, admins are notified and Hover will automatically sends the generated measurements and other data — including the PDF export — back into the customer's Files page in Cloudflow.
Organizing imported files
Once files land in the customer's profile, label them so they're easy to find alongside other customer documentation.
