Don’t worry – you can quickly fix the payment problem by updating your billing details.
Simply follow the below steps:
- Log into your account
- Click on your email address in the top right corner
- Click on ‘Settings’
- Scroll down to the ‘Plan & Payment’ section and click on the ‘Update Payment’ button to update your credit card information through our secure processor.
Note: Although you will still be able to use the HOVER app to capture new properties, you won't receive any 3D models or measurements until the billing issue is resolved.
