Taking good pictures is key to quickly receiving your 3D model and measurements. The better your photos are, the quicker your deliverables will be generated!

A property with tight lot lines

When you struggle to capture the full corner or side because the property is close to another property, step back as much as possible and hold your phone vertically (in portrait mode). It's alright to stand at an angle.

A property surrounded by vegetation

If there’s a lot of vegetation around the property, do your best to avoid the trees as much as possible in each photo. If necessary, step back, take photos at different angles or experiment with the way you hold your mobile device. You can also add more photos by tapping the “Add Photo +” button before submitting your photos. 

A property blocked by obstructions

Do not worry if there is a car, fence, swimming pool or any other obstruction blocking the view in your photo. Just make sure to capture all corners and sides of the property as much as possible. If necessary, step back, take photos at different angles or experiment with the way you hold your phone (horizontally versus vertically).

A multi-family residential property or townhome

Capture a multi-family residential property or townhome exactly like you would capture a single-family property. Take a look at the below video to learn how you can successfully capture the entire townhome or a single unit within the townhome:
